At a prerelease event, players use the cards from their Play Boosters, promo card, and basic lands to construct a 40-card deck called a sealed deck. The event organizer usually provides the basic lands, so players don't need to bring their own. 

• 6 Play booster packs that contain 14 cards each. Play Boosters are a combination of Draft and Set Boosters, and can contain a higher chance to open rare cards. 

• A foil, year-stamped rare or mythic rare promo card. 

• MTG Arena code card: A code card for MTG Arena, which is only available in some regions. 

• A box for constructing your deck. 

• A spindown die for keeping track of life.
